• Service Providers: We share data with contractors who perform critical business operations on our behalf under strict data processing agreements (e.g., IT maintenance, data storage, customer support systems, and payment gateway infrastructure).
• Corporate Restructuring: Data may be securely transferred if our business or a division undergoes an acquisition, merger, or asset sale.
• Regulatory & Judicial Authorities: We disclose data when mandated by valid legal processes, such as subpoenas, court orders, or administrative mandates from border protection and law enforcement agencies.

7. International Transfers and Data Security

International Data Transfers

Our primary databases and hosting systems are localized within the United States, but our global service providers may process your information in other countries. By using our services, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred abroad, where data rules may differ from your home country. We utilize proper safeguards (such as standard contract clauses) to maintain consistent protection levels.

Data Security Infrastructure

We maintain a comprehensive security framework consisting of data encryption protocols (including SSL/TLS links), network firewalls, and stringent internal access constraints. While we take every sensible operational action to protect your records, no internet transmission standard is entirely invulnerable. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge these fundamental structural risks.

8. Data Retention

We keep your Personal Information only for the duration required to satisfy the functional service purposes we gathered it for—including any continuous legal, accounting, tax, or analytical reporting mandates. To decide timelines, we weigh the vulnerability, context, volume, and risk threshold of the files involved.
